Baron’s House offers various meeting facilities.
The completely equipped meeting accommodationcan be rented:
At a rate of 15 euro per person for half a day
At a rate of 20 euro per person for the whole day
For renting the room

For coffee/tea/fruit juice with snacks.
Our meeting accommodation disposes of free wireless or wired internet, dvd player and sound equipment.

In Baron’s House you have a choice of three standard formulas:
Whichever formula you choose, the following service is always included:
- Coffee/tea/ fruit juice at arrival
- Coffee pause in the morning and afternoon with snacks
- lunch
The three standard formulas are:
1/ Standard arrangement (2 course lunch) at a rate of 70 euro per person (with selected wines + 15 euro)
2/ Baron’s arrangement (3 course lunch) at a rate of 80 euro per person (with selected wines + 20 euro)
3/ Presidential arrangement (apero -3 course lunch – coffee) at a rate of 90 euro per person (with selected wines + 25 euro)
Service is included in this price, but VAT excluded.
The above mentioned formulas always include wireless or wired internet, dvd player, sound equipment, flat screen tv/monitor, video conference facilities…
All these facilities are offered for free. For some of these facilities (such as video conference, wireless microphone use…) you will however have to make an appeal to our technical coach at a rate of 35 euro/hour.
Our meeting and technical coach who takes care and responsibility of every arrangement from the discussion until the full realization, is open to specific requirements. You determine what you want, we will realize it.
