We would like to introduce our new residences that might help you in your personal- or business situation to get through this tough period.
Isolated luxury residences
Within our existing infrastructure, we have created a number of unit's that can be rented separately in its entirety on a daily, weekly or monthly base. These units exist off a hotel room, a hotel room and kitchen, or a hotel room with kitchen and meeting room/homeoffice. For each unit we have a separate parking spot and terrace. All of this in a beautiful, green environment. Take-away meals can also be provided.
Our residences have no overlapping space and are only accessible by the guest. bed- and bath linnen are provided in the room, so there is no need for personnel to acces the room. In case of long stays, we do offer cleaning service, using proved virus killing agents.
For your corporate meetings we can create an environment with an absolute minimum of virus transfer risk..
We have created 2 meeting- and/or homeoffice rooms that can be rented in combination with one or more residences.
Apart from our classic meeting accommodation we also provide open-air meetings. The hazard of virus transfer is proven to be much smaller in open air. We offer stretch-tents with a surface of 30 to 150m2. The setup is to be chosen by the customer.
Wifi, projection possibilities and flipcharts can be provided.
With Baron's Campus, we offer the infrastructure for administering both oral and written exams and providing training. Currently only possible when the necessity of physical come-together is proven.

Are you planning a private or professional event in the near future and are you looking for a place to do this in compliance with the current regulations? With the necessary safety regulations and some out-of-the-box thinking, we can offer you a tailor made solution! Of-course the planning is subject to the decisions made by the government.
Safety measures
To protect your and our safety, we have adapted our accommodation in cooperation with corporate safety bureau HACCP-V . Therefore we have received 5 safety stars.
These stars are representing the following safety steps:
Risk analysis, Protection measures, Protocol implementation, Training and Testing.
Depending on the amount of participant of a meeting or an event we foresee a technical safety plan.
Access to our infrastructure is specificaly arranged beforehand, to limit contamination risks.
On strategic locations we provide preventive means (disinfectant handgel,..), in critical situations general and personal protection measures will be provided (gloves, facemasks,..) to ensure optimal safety.
A “Code of Conduct” has been drafted, to enable mutual safety between different guests and staff.
Signage and info messages are in place.
